There are four labeled trackers for the 4 basic rooms of a residence (kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom) as well as 8 blank trackers for you to track additional places you want to remember to clean. For example you could have a dining room tracker, another bedroom tracker for a guest or kid's bedroom, or even use one of the trackers to remind you to clean the garage or shed.

The trackers measure 4 inches by 6 inches (w x h).
